A reputable company in Carlisle, PA is looking for Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives to handle inbound calls and light outbound follow-ups for applications requiring additional information. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are strongly preferred!

Position Details:

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Work Location: In-person (Carlisle, PA)

Job Responsibilities:

Answer inbound phone calls related to application support.
Make outbound follow-up calls to obtain missing information.
Provide customer service over the phone with professionalism.
Perform alphanumeric data entry with accuracy.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills
Reliable transportation to and from work
Team player with a positive attitude
Experience interacting with people in a professional setting
Basic computer skills & data entry experience (1 year preferred)
Bilingual in English/Spanish (preferred but not required)
