Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Floor Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of floors in various facilities and is experienced in operating an Industrial Floor Scrubber.

Responsibilities
- Perform floor care duties including buffing, carpet cleaning, and general custodial tasks
- Utilize appropriate cleaning solutions and equipment for different floor surfaces
- Ensure all areas are kept clean, sanitized, and well-maintained
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines while handling cleaning chemicals
- Assist with other environmental services and commercial cleaning tasks as needed

Skills
- Experience in floor care, buffing, carpet cleaning, and custodial work preferred
- Knowledge of different floor types and appropriate cleaning methods
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and clients

Two shifts available: 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am. Days worked rotate on a 2-2-3 schedule requiring some weekends.

High school or equivalent (Required)
