Forklift Operator- 1st Shift
Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Reach Truck Operator for our client in the Carlisle area. The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 2 years of experience operating Crown Reach Trucks
- The ability to hit the ground running with minimal training
- A strong understanding of LTL operations and warehouse flow
- A commitment to safety, efficiency, and reliability
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Crown Reach Trucks safely and efficiently
- Pull and stage LTL freight according to load sheets and schedules
- Maintain accurate inventory records through RF scanning or paperwork
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
