Now Hiring Security Personnel in the Shippensburg area for day and night shifts.

A reputable security services company is seeking a dedicated Security Guard to join their team. As a Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding premises, monitoring surveillance equipment, and enforcing security protocols to maintain a safe environment.

2 Available Shifts: 5am-5pm or 5pm-5am

Wage: Pay starts at $18.25/hr

Duties:
- Utilize tablets and "Secure" badging system to check truck drivers and trailers into the facility.
- Complete checklist for all drivers, do a full walk around of vehicles entering the facility, and confirm deliveries are accurate.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and alarms, taking appropriate action as needed
- Enforce security policies and procedures to prevent unauthorized access or incidents
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and employees with inquiries or directions
- Complete detailed reports documenting security incidents or observations

Requirements:
- Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field
- Proficiency in conflict management and de-escalation techniques
- Knowledge of using a hand held tablet device
- Background knowledge in security
- Ability to maintain professionalism at all times.
