Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and experience with various accounting software.

Part time position, 15-20 hours per week in person. Position could go to full time hours in the future. 1st shift: 7am-3:30pm, can be somewhat flexible with hours.

Duties
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Process invoices, payments, and refunds accurately and in a timely manner
- Reconcile discrepancies in financial records
- Prepare financial reports related to accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assist with payroll management tasks
- Data entry of accounting details into accounting system
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions

Qualifications
- Prior experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable roles
- Knowledge of general accounting practices
- Experienced with data entry of alphanumeric data
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
