Job Description
Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands and takes pride in creating high-quality treats? REM Staffing is hiring Production Associates for a fast-paced and fun warehouse dedicated to crafting chocolate-covered pretzels and gourmet sweets loved across the country!
Join a passionate team where every shift smells like chocolate and teamwork makes the magic happen.
What You’ll Do:
- Handcraft small-batch pretzels and brittle treats with precision and care
- Assist in cooking, forming, dipping, decorating, and packaging delicious confections
- Wrap and seal finished products for retail or wholesale distribution
- Pick and pack customer orders with attention to detail and presentation
- Help assemble seasonal gift boxes and prep for pop-up events or promotions
- Follow food safety standards and maintain a clean, sanitary work environment
- Cross-train in different departments like decorating, packaging, and production prep
- Lift ingredients and packaging materials (up to 40 lbs), and stay on your feet throughout your shift
- Work as part of a tight-knit, team-oriented crew to meet daily production goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in food manufacturing, commercial kitchens, or baking highly preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and measurements accurately
- Strong hand-eye coordination and comfort handling small or delicate food items
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality
- Great attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Must follow appearance and hygiene standards required in food production
