Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Operator Associate- Welder/Brazer. This role is essential in supporting our manufacturing operations, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various welding techniques, fabrication processes, and mechanical knowledge.
Purpose of this position: Weld fittings to modules and modules to each other. Braze fittings to coils.
Duties
- Set up and operate welding equipment specifically TIG welding.
- Prepare coils for welding.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery for welding and brazing.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
Skills & Requirements
- Successful completion of qualified welding program utilizing TIG welding process.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Familiarity with working in a manufacturing environment requiring continuous standing, bending, pulling, lifting, and squatting throughout the work day.
- Competence in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as TIG welder.
