- 1st Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Overview
We are seeking dedicated Production Associates to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. The ideal candidates will bring hands-on experience in factory or warehouse environments, a strong mechanical mindset, and the ability to thrive in an assembly-line setting.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain production equipment, including power tools
- Assemble products according to specifications while meeting quality standards
- Conduct routine inspections and basic troubleshooting on tools and equipment
- Work with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Use hand tools effectively for assembly tasks

Qualifications
- Previous factory or warehouse experience preferred
- Mechanical knowledge and assembly-line experience highly desirable
- Skilled in safe and effective use of hand tools and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed
