Job Description
We’re on the lookout for a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team and work with one of our top clients in the Harrisburg area! If you love working outdoors, operating cranes, excavators, loaders, and other heavy equipment (NOT forklifts), and being part of a team that gets the job done, this is the role for you.
Shift: 1st Shift Mon-Fri and occasional Saturday mornings.Starting Wage: $20-$23/hrJob Type: Full Time
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Operating cranes, excavators, backhoes, loaders, and other horizontal heavy equipment
- Safely moving materials, assisting with site prep, excavation, and construction tasks
- Performing daily inspections and routine maintenance on equipment
- Following safety protocols—because safety always comes first
- Collaborating with a hardworking team to keep operations running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience operating cranes, excavators, loaders, or similar heavy equipment
- Knowledge of construction site operations, material handling, and equipment safety
- Ability to read and follow site plans and instructions
- Roll-off truck experience is a plus but not required
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
