Job Description


Are you an experienced server? Enjoy doing banquet and event serving? We have a great part time opportunity for both experienced and non experienced personnel looking to work a day or two on the weekend!

Event locations can vary but include Harrisburg, Mechanicsburg, Middletown, Lancaster, York, Elizabethtown, Lititz and more!

Wages depending on experience. Paid training on September 9th from 5:30pm-7:30pm.

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Servers to join our team in delivering exceptional service to wedding guests. The ideal candidate will possess a background in the food industry, showcasing a passion for guest services. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through attentive service, effective communication, and a thorough understanding of service delivery.

Duties
  • Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
  • Ensure wedding guests receive their food selection.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring presentation meets standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving area.
  • Ensure all guest needs are met throughout the wedding or business event.
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and quality control.

Skills
  • Proven experience in the food service industry, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting.
  • Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality and guest relations.
  • Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Catering experience a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is essential for maintaining health regulations.
