Reach Truck Operator – 2nd Shift (Carlisle, PA)

Position: Reach Truck Operator
Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Overtime available if interested)
Starting Wage: $22.35/hr
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of Reach Truck operating experience
- Ability to hit the ground running with minimal training
- Strong understanding of LTL operations and warehouse flow
- Commitment to safety, efficiency, and reliability
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate Reach Trucks
- Pull and stage freight according to load sheets and schedules
- Maintain accurate inventory records via RF scanning or paperwork
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Keep your work area clean and organized
