Electronic Assembler (Kitting)
Job Description
SUMMARY:
As an Electronic Assembler (kitter), you will be responsible for assembling electronic repair kits. You will receive purchase orders and will need to follow the instructions to put together the electronic repair kits with the correct parts inside.
1st Shift: 6:30am-3pm
2nd Shift: 3pm-11:30pm
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):
- Assemble electronic repair kits based off of the purchase orders received.
- Follow written instructions provided on the purchase order
- Package the electronic repair kits and prep them for delivery.
- Assisting with assembling a wide range of damper products as need be per work instructions and specifications.
- Some knowledge of how to operate hand tools like drills, rivet guns, pneumatic drivers, and wrenches to assemble parts and components is a plus.
- Inspect finished products for defects and perform quality checks during production.
- Maintain equipment: Regularly clean and perform basic maintenance on machinery.
- Rework defective assemblies identified during QA inspections.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to wear necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of assembly experience preferred, or experience picking and packing
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and specifications.
- Strong communication skills to work well within a team.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
