Now Hiring: Production Associates – 1st & 2nd Shift
Available Shifts:
- 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Overview
We are seeking dedicated Panel Production Associates to join our clients fast-paced manufacturing team. The ideal candidates will bring hands-on experience in factory or warehouse environments, a strong mechanical mindset, and the ability to thrive in an assembly-line setting.
Responsibilities
- Assembling control panel components in an empty shell the panel box
- Testing components to make sure the control panels function properly
- Operate and maintain production equipment, including power tools
- Assemble products according to specifications while meeting quality standards
- Conduct routine inspections and basic troubleshooting on tools and equipment
- Work with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Use hand tools effectively for assembly tasks

Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Previous factory or warehouse experience preferred
- Mechanical knowledge and assembly-line experience highly desirable
- Skilled in safe and effective use of hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics is a must!
- Experience working on control panels is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Hand tools: 2 years (Required)
- Electronic Assembly: 2 years (Required)
Language:
- English (Required)
Ability to Commute:
- Manheim, PA 17545 (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
