Overview 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Machine Operator (Saw) to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience operating saws or other cutting machinery, understands basic maintenance procedures, and is committed to quality and safety standards. Responsibilities 

• Set up, operate, and monitor saw machinery to cut materials to required specifications 

• Perform routine inspections and quality checks to ensure accuracy and precision 

• Make adjustments to machines or tooling as needed to maintain production standards 

• Conduct preventive maintenance and report any equipment issues 

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area 

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines 

• Assist with other manufacturing tasks as needed

Qualifications 

• High School Diploma or equivalent required 

• 1–2 years of machine operation experience, preferably with saws or cutting equipment 

• Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail 

• Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, or production specifications 

• Knowledge of safety procedures and best practices in a manufacturing environment 

• Team-oriented with ability to work independently when required 

• Prior experience in a factory or manufacturing setting preferred
